The curriculum

The curriculum of the school includes:

            - Stretching exercises for warming up and preparing the body;
            - Bare-hand form – 108 movements of the Old Yang Style;
            - Sabre form of the Old Yang Style;
            - Sword form of the Old Yang Style;
            - “Pushing hands”;
            - Self-defence applications.
           
            Separate courses in simplified taijiquan (24 movements) and competition taijiquan (42 movements) are also taught at the school.

Note: “Pushing hands” and self-defence applications are taught after the basic course of the bare-hand form is passed successfully. This basic course can last from one to two years depending on the intensity of the study.
